The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on the 25th May 2018 and will directly affect the legislation governing how the Association processes your personal data. The Regulating Branch and Royal Navy Police Association is compliant with current regulations and will continue to be so. We remain committed to high standards of information security, privacy and transparency.

RB&RNPA’s Undertaking 

RB&RNPA undertakes to collect and use your personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Our legal basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest as a membership organisation. We use the data for the administration of your membership, the communication of information and the organisation of events. Your personal data is not passed on by us for use by any other third parties whether or not connected to the Association without your authorisation

The Association maintains a spreadsheet that contains the information complied from the Joining Application Form submitted by members. This speadsheet is only available to Committee Members. An abridge version at present is dispalyed within the Membership Page of the Website.
