Phil Hingston and his wife Jackie live in Torquay and Phil works for a charity organisation conveying (as Driver) elderly folk from A to B, and outings. Exact location, i.e. City or suberbs not known. Suggest locating one of the bigger charitable orgs and they could possibly provide a link to him, especially doing this type of work where he would have met so many people.
